All persons who enter the courthouse for official business are required to wear a face mask.

In order to protect public health, including the health of court employees, parties, and court participants, the Court finds it necessary to adjust its operating procedures.

ONLINE PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ANYTIME AT PAY.GOV USING THIS LINK. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CASE NUMBER IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION.

DROP OFF PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM IN THE AUGUSTA, SAVANNAH, AND BRUNSWICK COURTHOUSES. INSTRUCTIONS ARE LOCATED AT THE DROPBOX STATION. PLEASE SEE PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING CHECKS.

PHONE PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED MONDAY – FRIDAY FROM 9:00 AM TO 4:00 PM. PLEASE CALL 912-650-4020, 912-280-1330, or 706-849-4400 TO MAKE ANY PHONE PAYMENTS.

Augusta Federal Judicial Center: Notice of Street Closure and Access to Court Facilities

Beginning on June 15, 2020, the City of Augusta will close James Brown Blvd. between Telfair Street and Walton Way to thru traffic to allow for utility and sidewalk improvements. The closure is expected to last 60-90 days. Access to the main security gate of the Augusta Judicial Center on James Brown Blvd. will be from Telfair Street only. No access to the Federal Judicial Center will be permitted from Walton Way. No street parking on James Brown Blvd. will be permitted during the construction period.
