Benefits of Using CMECF
CM/ECF will allow attorneys with Internet access to file and view documents, and obtain other case information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Documents are automatically docketed as part of the filing process and are immediately available electronically through an established account. CM/ECF also provides the following additional benefits:
