NOTICE OF AND OPPORTUNITY FOR COMMENT ON AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE ELEVENTH CIRCUIT
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), notice and opportunity for comment is hereby given of proposed amendments to the Rules of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The public comment period is from Monday, December 8, 2025, to Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
A copy of the proposed amendments may be obtained on and after Monday, December 8, 2025, from the court’s website at https://www.ca11.uscourts.gov/rules/proposed-revisions.
