The current 14-year term of The Honorable James J. Robinson, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Alabama at Anniston, is due to expire on 15 February 2020. The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is considering whether to reappoint Chief Bankruptcy Judge Robinson to a new 14-year term of office.
