The current 14-year term of The Honorable Laurel Myerson Isicoff, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida at Miami, is due to expire on 12 February 2020. The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is considering whether to reappoint Chief Bankruptcy Judge Isicoffto a new 14-year term of office as a bankruptcy judge.
