The current 14-year term of The Honorable John K. Olson, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida at Fort Lauderdale, is due to expire on 9 February 2020. The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is considering whether to reappoint Bankruptcy  Judge Olson to a new 14-year term of office.
