The Southern District of Georgia has transitioned to the Next Generation of CM/ECF (NextGen) on March 30, 2020.
Beginning April 15, 2026, the Clerk’s Office is implementing updated procedures for electronically filing new cases in CM/ECF. Please read and reference the Attorney Case Opening Manual for information and instructions on this new procedure.
